I lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, data scientists, and product managers, and I've shipped in every one of those layers myself. That range lets me move between altitudes: I zoom out to see how the workstreams connect, then drop in and do the work beside whoever owns it. It earns trust, holds a team together when priorities fracture, and carries the work over the line.

My experience is in regulated industries where workflows demand both breadth and vertical depth, learned firsthand alongside the subject-matter experts who live in the details: airworthiness and safety reporting in aviation; governance and entity management in legal tech; KYC and compliance automation in capital markets; and workforce planning and project intelligence for hyperscale data centers.
