Currently at Human Agency
I lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, architects, data scientists, and product managers, and I can work in each of those layers myself. That means I compress teams instead of coordinating them: no handoffs, no translation tax, faster to outcome. I close the seams between engineering, data, product, and strategy because I've shipped in all of them.
Today I'm Director of Product at Human Agency, building and leading product across the company's portfolio of venture projects and forward-deployed engagements.
My work lives in regulated, high-stakes domains: airworthiness compliance and safety reporting in aviation, corporate governance and entity management in legal tech, KYC and compliance automation for wealth and capital markets, and workforce planning and project intelligence for hyperscale data center construction.
I own the roadmap and guard it, sequence the work, and drive it to execution.

I explore form, motion, and systems outside client work—creative experiments that sharpen my thinking and fuel better product decisions. Some are conceptual explorations, others are deliberate exercises to push craft and solve visual problems in new ways.
My work lives in regulated, high-stakes domains—where systems have to hold up under pressure and errors carry real consequences.
I compress teams instead of coordinating them. I own the roadmap, sequence the work, and drive it to execution—across engineering, data, product, and strategy.
On software craft, design, and tools that multiply impact.
